I say this to my kids at school every time they are put into a group.
"Do you have to like your partner?"
No!
"Do you have to love your partner?"
No!
"Do you have to be best friends with your partner?"
No!
"Do you have to respect your partner?"
Yes!
It's just like the workplace and the real world, don't you think?
